Adopt an Ordinance entitled: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Chino Hills, California, Approving Municipal Code Amendment No. 17MCA09, to Amend Chapter 16.56 (Home Occupation Permits) of the Chino Hills Municipal Code in its Entirety, and Determining the Municipal Code Amendment is Exempt From Review Under the California Environmental Quality Act - Second Reading (Introduced October 10, 2017)
13. Authorize execution of agreement with Rincon Consultants, Inc., in amount not-to-exceed $76,369 through June 30, 2018 with one-year renewal option to provide environmental consulting services for Goddard School project
14. Adopt resolution authorizing execution of Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement relating to California Municipal Finance Authority (CMFA), consenting to inclusion of properties within Chino Hills in the Open Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing program, and authorizing the CMFA to accept applications from property owners, conduct contractual assessment proceedings, levy contractual assessments within territory of City, and authorize related actions
15. Receive and file annual reports for Community Facilities District Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 and adopt resolutions establishing annual special tax for 2018, respectively
