18. Adopt a resolution adopting Measure I Five-Year Capital Project Needs Analysis for Fiscal Years 2018-19 through 2022-23
19. Authorize execution of agreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc., in amount of $75,873 retroactively from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 to continue work on Water Rate Study
