16. Authorize publication of unclaimed funds held in RecTrac Household Account for three or more years and authorize monies not claimed within 60 days to become City property and transferred to Community Services Fund
17. Adopt resolution approving design and plans for construction of FY 2017-2018 Street Improvement Project; authorize staff to solicit bids for construction; and determine project to be exempt from review under California Environmental Quality Act
18. Approve appropriations budget amendment in amount of $62,600 from Gas Tax 7360 Unreserved Fund Balance to Chino Ave., Eagle Canyon Dr., Olympic View Dr., Feldspar Dr., and Beverly Glen Rd. Pavement Rehabilitation Project No. S18006; award bid and contract to All American Asphalt in amount of $587,770 for Rehabilitation Project No. S18006; and authorize City Manager to approve change orders up to ten percent ($58,777) of contract amount
